Guinness: In The City

Sweatshop worked with St Patrick's Festival and the Guinness Archive to put together an outdoor exhibition as part of the #ILoveMyCity programme. It was the first time that images from the Guinness archive were on show outside of the storehouse. The exhibition popped up in four locations around Dublin City Centre. 

Traction - Creative Marketing Solutions

Sweatshop clients The Irish Farmers Journal have unveiled a new creative marketing division to their business. Sweatshop worked with Revert Design to concept, brand and unveil this new identity and produce a 12-page brochure to present to the Journal's key clients on their annual industry day. 


London Fashion Week 2015 - Content Hub

We worked with Irish tech company, Fandom, to roll out a real-time content hub for London Fashion Week 2015. The hub was branded for one of our network sites, The Prowlster, which is a Dublin-based online fashion, style, and culture magazine. It also carried branding for OPSH, ID2015 and our agency, Sweatshop.

The hub drew in social media from The Prowlster's selection of the best fashion commentators across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and housed them in one online destination. It was the first time in Ireland this tech was used for a fashion event and the hub was covered in The Irish Times.

Folláin Food Project

The Folláin Food Project is a collaboration between Irish preserve company, Folláin, tech start up Food Cloud and the Irish EPA's Stop Food Waste programme. It also features luscious recipe videos from Forkful TV. We were approached to work on an identity, a website and an infographic for the project and were delighted to work alongside Sound PR and illustrator du jour, Aoife Dooley, on this worthy project.

Insider Guide To Dublin Now

We worked with Visit Dublin to produce a printed map of all the cool places to eat, drink, see and be seen. Aimed at tourists but plenty of fodder for Dublin denizens also. Designers on the project were Simon Roche and Alan Nagle.

Form School

Rethink Pylons Campaign

We were charged by RethinkPylons.org to come up with an ad campaign to raise awareness of EirGrid's controversial Grid Link project where hundreds of huge pylons will be erected all over rural Ireland. 

Working with Gordon Bent and The Project Twins, we came up with a print and online campaign. The print ads below ran in Irish Times, The Farmers Journal, The Irish Field, The Munster Express, and others.

The Animators - Media Partnership

Sweatshop partnered up with Irish hip-hop collective, The Animators, ahead of their LP launch. 

The partnership involved editorial coverage across three of the network sites; Le Cool, The Prowlter, and Broadsheet.ie and culminated in an album launch party and a world exclusive release of new song and video, a collaboration with the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble. 15 of Ireland's leading creatives were also charged with visualising each track on the new album, Drawn Together, in poster form. 






The Summit

National Science Week

The Le Cool Compound was an interactive exhibition as part of National Science Week featuring Lightscape and Tom O’Dea, Designgoat, and the Urban Farm.

Lightscape also provided a special cover for that week's issue of Le Cool. The Gallery of Photography, Temple Bar, hosted the exhibition over November 14th - 16th.
